1. Who you’re agreeing with
Streamr is provided by PicSpotr LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using Streamr, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
2. What Streamr is
Streamr is a media player for macOS. It plays Xtream Codes and M3U playlists that you obtain from third parties. Streamr does not provide, sell, host or recommend any channels, movies, series, playlists or providers. We have no relationship with your TV provider and are not responsible for its service, content or availability.
3. Your content and conduct
You are responsible for the playlists you add and for having the right to watch the content they contain. Don’t use Streamr to access content you aren’t authorized to view. You also agree not to circumvent the trial, licensing or device limits, or to interfere with our servers.
4. Trial
Each Mac can use Streamr with every feature for 7 days without an account. One trial is available per device.
5. Subscription, billing and renewal
- The subscription costs $29 (USD) per year, plus any taxes that apply, and includes every feature and every update released while it’s active.
- It renews automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. We’ll tell you in advance if the price changes.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You can update your card and see invoices from your account.
- One subscription can be active on up to 10 devices at a time. You can remove devices from your account to make room for new ones.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account. Streamr keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you can resume before then. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] and we’ll look into it.
7. Your account
Sign-in uses one-time codes and links sent to your email address, so keep access to that inbox secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
8. License
While you comply with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Streamr on devices you own or control. Streamr is licensed, not sold. Streamr includes open-source components, such as mpv and FFmpeg, that are licensed under their own terms.
9. Updates and changes
We may update Streamr to add, change or remove features. We may change these terms; if a change is significant, we’ll update the date above and let subscribers know by email. Continuing to use Streamr after a change means you accept it.
10. Disclaimers
Streamr is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we don’t guarantee that it will always be available or work without errors, or that it will work with every provider or stream.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PicSpotr LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Streamr in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Ending these terms
You can stop using Streamr at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
